Plone Support

We offer a range of support plans, so whether your site is small or large we have a support plan that will suit your needs. Our plans provide a fixed number of hours per month for troubleshooting and resolving issues, minor system upgrades and enhancements, and over the phone training and mentoring. Plone Hosting

Jazkarta is agnostic with respect to the choice of a website hosting solution. We work with the hosting provider that makes the most sense for each individual client and we don't resell or profit from our clients' hosting contracts. As part of any project's discovery phase we will provide advice and recommendations on suitable hosting providers. Generally these recommendations depend on budget, IT capabilities, and the expected traffic to the site. Our larger sites are often hosted on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), a technology that we have considerable expertise in. We can deploy your Plone site to EC2 as part of a CMS project or a support plan.

Plone Tuneups

If our comprehensive support plans are more than you need, Jazkarta’s quarterly Plone Tuneups may be just right. Our Tuneups consist of 5 hours of pro-active Plone maintenance. We check your site against best practices, upgrade components, check log files and configurations, and make sure the site is performing properly.
