World Plone Day brings together the worldwide Plone community
Boston World Plone Day was attended by techies and non-techies from a variety of organizations. All came away with a better understanding of Plone and a renewed appreciation of fresh apple cider and model airplanes. Thanks to Wingware for their sponsorship!
On November 7, 2008, hundreds of people in over 30 countries participated in World Plone Day - a day dedicated to discovering the benefits of Plone, the premier open source content management system. The Boston Plone User Group hosted an event at the Cambridge Public Library, and non-technical people and techies alike attended this free educational event. Several Jazkarta staff gave presentations which are now available on slideshare.net for viewing.
